Apparently, the M6 Toll and better rail services to London have opened up mid Staffordshire to commuters, and down-shifters from the south-east and London are surging into Worcester and Worcestershire. And the Birmingham commuter belt is relaxing a notch, and spreading ever-further out. Or so the estate agents say.
