Greymatter to WordPress:
I’m changing weblog software, in the next 48 hours. From tomorrow, I’ll hopefully be porting D’log (inc. archives) from Greymatter to WordPress. A complete Greymatter v2.0 PHP re-build is in the works, but I’m not prepared to wait another six months and then ride the bugs as it rolls out from beta to v2.0.1. So WordPress v2.0.2 it is. I’m just waiting for my host to enable the mySQL database on the server.

There will thus be a full RSS feed, rather than the current limited two-item feed. There will be tags and automatic theme sorting. There will be cleaner and more standardised layout code. WordPress has comment-spam filters, so the comments can be opened up again. Plus ping -things and lots of other widgets.
