…to the end of the line, and before the final “]”. Or just after the “fs=1” bit, if you spot WordPress moving it somewhere else in the line.
15 = the number of seconds to skip. You can change this to any number of seconds. 120 would tell YouTube to start the video two minutes in, for instance.
